The former Bishop of New York (1799-1913) and now Grand Inquisitor of the Sabbat. Known to have killed more Camarilla kindred than any other Sabbat member. Armitage is currently on the Red List (Vampire's most wanted). Extremely powerful with no remorse.

Also part of the War Tribe, Felicia serves as the Primogen's security specialist. She controls numerous military  and weapons contractors in California and has the ability to procure anything she needs at a moments notice. A capable fighter, Felicia is wealthy and powerful and really not your typical Brujah.  She is articulate and has amassed favours from almost every kindred in the Bay Area. Who knows what would happen if she cashed those in?

 A powerful Brujah who was around before the purge and part of the final years of Nathan Kent. Austin is an extremely powerful Brujah despite his young years as a kindred. Austin has committed diablorie on several of his enemies and even took part in the ritual of the bitter rose while hunting a methuselah in Mexico.

Austin is not shy in the fact that he has killed and diabolized several kindred in his unlife. As he has said "They were enemies of the Camarilla. All of them. Sabbat. Traitors. Scum. Every one of them sanctioned by the Sect...and my own moral compass."

He has old ideas on what it means to be an anarch. Butts heads with Declan in the Fang. Ernie is actually a Tremere who defected to the Anarch cause in the 1970s and has been living as a Brujah since.

Nate is a well dressed and sometimes impulsive Brujah. He has degree is sports management and served as a bouncer for 15 years He is an imposing figure at 6'3" and 250 lbs but he is quite polite and carries conversations easily..

Gunner was born in Norway 350 years ago and has viking blood surging through his veins. He is part of the War Tribe which is employed by the Prince to keep order in the city  when force is necessary. Stern with a dry sense of humour, Gunnar is a capable killer with vast military knowledge. He claims that he has fought in every major war for the past 300 years. The only thing Gunner likes more than war is the taste of his enemies blood, perhaps the worst kept secret in the city. No-one likes it but he is the single most savage and capable fighter the city has.

Kindred who resides at the White Tiger in Chinatown. Often referred to as the leader of the Jiang -Shi, she is ancient, wise, ruthless and cunning. She has ruled China Town since its inception (1852). No kindred have challenged her power or leadership.

Isabel has made San Fransisco her home for over 100 years. She is a well respected kindred who doesn't show any "sign" of the Malcav curse.In fact, she's quite normal and this confuses most kindred.

Isabel was chosen as the Director of Communications as she has been involved in "media" since the 1920s. In fact, she still has a pirate radio program that is still going strong (after 101 years) called "Forever Night."

Peter has been underestimated for years and although he did serve on the former Primogen, he never was afforded the respected he wanted. He speaks with a slight stutter and is in charge of keeping the Masquerade together in the city. Most kindred dislike him as he is self centred and black and white in his outlook. They don't understand the massive amount of pressure (responsibility)  that rests on his shoulders. Its almost enough to make even a Malkavian crack.

Father Trout has been called "beyond insane" and has the ability to see the future fate of kindred...an ability most find unnerving.

Harland Park was a charismatic yet derranged Malkavian who committed several murders in the San Francisco area. He was under the control of Cerrano who used him to bring victims to his mansion and sacrifice to the demon he had trapped under its foundation.

An Inconnu member who lives in South San Fran and hates violence in his area. Kiren is rude, bad tempered and unwilling to entertain other points of view in his world scheme. He mastered the art of animalism in such a way that his abilities  are second to none in North America.

Graf took over reluctantly as the Nosferatu Primogen member when Vangard died in the Purge. He has no desire to lead and finds the vampire politics exhausting. He has been chronicling, secretly, the most powerful kindred on the planet and has written 49 accounts thus far, including NATHAN KENT. Graf can be short with those he does not know but is loyal, articulate and very smart. He prefers to spend his nights alone, writing and researching. Some say he was the kindred who stared The SchreckNET.

Draco is a soft spoken Nosferatu who runs the Elysium at Coit Tower. Hie is smart and almost disconnected when he speaks to others. He refers to Vangard as his big brother and the two share a strong friendship.

Remus is an opposing figure at 6'6" and 250 lbs. However, his physical appearance doesn't match is very well spoke British accent.

Diego is the face of Schreck Net and the only Nosferatu who actually shows up and represents the group. Everyone else is very much underground. To say that he is good at his job is an understatement. 

His rivalry with Azul is legendary in the hacking world.

A vampire owns the run down workers class bar "the Miner". Seemingly shrewd and focused on money and power. Unwilling to sell his bar to the players. Smith was the orchestrator of the "inquisition " threat in Carson which turned out to be a rouse. It eventually got him killed when Kayleen discovered his scheme.

Graham is not only your typical Toreador, some say he is the template for all modern ones. He currently owns 80% of all clubs, bars and entertainment within the city. His influence has skyrocketed since serving on this Primogen (he was also serving on Kent's Primogen as well). Graham is everything a Toreador strives to be and more...so much more. He's much more complex than he appears.

Old world vampire who runs the Mooney Prince Bridge Hotel/Bar/Brothel in Carson City. She is extremely perceptive and intelligent and is able to tell when people lie to her. Unknown if she runs Carson City or is the only vampire in town. Has a cosmopolitan accent.

Lazo is the longest serving Primogen member in the Bay Area and has lived in San Fran since 1910. He has worked his way to being the "second in command" and holds more arcane knowledge than anyone else in the city (save Cyrano). 

He naturally has a strong command presence which underlies his ruthlessness. He served under Prince Kent and it is said that he holds more secrets than anyone in the city-a fact that haunts him. He know serves as Prince Giovanni's Vice Lord. While Lazo certainly could be a Prince of a city, he chooses not to at this point.

Cyrano has used his magic mirror to travel back in time and lived numerous lives. As such, he is over 2000 years old. He has the knowledge and power of that age to back him up. Made a deal with he "devil" but now time is up.

Seemingly old/ancient kindred found trapped in a coffin within a silver mine on the outskirts of Carson City. Italian origin. Was freed by the players when they opened his coffin. As a result of him being freed, Ban had to replace him in the coffin (without consent). 

Enzo has master weather control which has led to the nickname Zeus by Kindred that know him. Has spent 3 bouts in torpor which infuriates him as he does not know how they have occurred.

But all those rules broken allowed Dyson to see Hermetic majick like no other. IF the superhero Dr Strange had a real form, Dyson would be it.

A kindred who works outside of the Sabbat and Camarilla. Likely associated with the Inconnu. Well spoken, raspy voice who seemingly warned the players they were on a path that would lead them to doom.

Fate: A version of Ban Stradh who travelled with Darcy Ticker and worked for the Inconnu.

Nathan Kent is a legendary Kindred who has amassed lifetimes of adventures. The Camarilla and Sabbat have given him numerous nicknames including :The Cat, Obsidan Stone, Spear of Deva,  the Arch Angel . He served as the Prince of San Francisco for nearly 100 years  until he was betrayed by the former Prince Cyrano.

Kent then became a JUSTICAR for the Camarilla and returned to San Francisco in 2024 to face his motal enemy Cyrano to exact his revenge. The two have been locked in a pitch battle for nearly a 1000 years.

Kent now serves as an Ephor of the Ventrue (1 of 12)) who make the global decisions for the clan. Nathan Kent is, by all accounts, one of the most powerful and influential kindred walking the Earth.

Admiral Nelson couldn't be a better choice for the Director of War position. After Vicar Kraus was found aiding Cyrano, this position became open. Nelson's position on the Primogen strengthens it 10 fold. He is, by all accounts, one of the greatest military minds the modern world has seen.

Not only is Nelson a tactical genius, he's also a child of the Legendary Nathan Kent. Nelson's position as the Director of War will certainly help in the upcoming years as Prince Ambrogino wants to make San Fransisco a fortress.

This tall well built middle aged man with a southern drawl .  Wealth of knowledge with a deep history. Known in history as Pat Garrett. Jarvis, as he is called today, is quick witted and extremely loyal.

Elise is likely one of the most powerful vampires in the Bay Area, not because of her personal power but because of what she controls. She controls almost ever major news outlet in San Francisco including television, radio and news papers. She also has sway over several other agencies like the police, fire, and public works. She is extremely charismatic and always makes a person feel comfortable when around her. Her importance on the Primogen cannot be overstated. If she fell, all hell would break loose.

A venture Mob boss who has a strong dislike for Pat Garrett. He lives in Oakland and has amassed power and money over the last 30 years. Ties to the Sabbat. Stole Valmont's fortune. 

Bullard is a bully and one of the most selfish beings one could encounter. Only his money and power keep people around him. He is greedy, violent, self absorbed and wealthy.

He has worked his way down to 8th generation via diablorie and his last taste is when he betrayed the old Ventrue Primogen member Andrew Greensberg on the night of the Purge.
